Sunday Dinner

 Sunday is my favorite day of the week because I can really dedicate time to cooking great meals for my family and friends. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen but I try to spend extra time on Sunday's to make satisfying and delicious meals that will not be forgetten throughout the week. I enjoy cooking Sunday dinners for my family because it's a tradition I grew up on and something I plan to continue.

Resturant Reveiw: Bobby's Burger Palace

I went to Bobby's Burger Palace today for the first time and order one of Bobby's signature burgers along with a milkshake and onion rings. Let's just say the Burger was just what I expected. Juicy, rich in flavor and affordable. The milkshakes were delicious and perfect. Now I'm an onion ring man and I was very impressed with the texture and the taste of the onion rings. Late Night Dinner for 2

Quick and Easy Chicken dinner for 2 

I have a strong passion for cooking so it does not matter what time of the day it is when i decide that it's time to make a meal. I made this delisious dish  last night around 10pm.  Pan seared chicken with mashed potatoes, and fresh mixed vegetables! This dish didn't take long to make and it only cost me about $5.00 for this entire meal.

Happy Mother's Day to all the beautiful Mother's!

I decided to take my mother out for mother's day this year instead of cooking so we could spend some time together. After trying to find a nice place to eat, we stumbled across Intermezzo. An Italian resturant located in Chelsea. 

Below are pictures of the appetizer we had which was mussels in garlic sauce and fried calamari with an assortment of bread

 The main entrees were delisous! I had the balsamic glazed pork chop with fresh greeen beans. My mother had the spicey shrimp and pasta..and my girlfriend had the pasta with chicken with vodka sauce 

                        

 

The desserts were very good! I always want to try cheesecake at every resturant that has it so I can judge who makes the best cheesecake in NYC. Ooo my girlfriend is the complete opposite...she has to try something new so she tried the tiramisu.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my all time favorite resturants! Durning my last visit I was able to sample several appretizer due to the fact that they now have the Samll plates and Snacks menu!

Gotta love Breakfast!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so I usually try to make a good breakfast at least three times a week. I love potatoes so I make a lot homefies. I love making homefries because I get the chance to be creative every time. 

No breakfast is complete with out bacon and eggs. I like pork bacon but turkey and beef bacon is just as good when cooked the right way.
