I love Seafood and breakfast so Shrimp and Grits is one of my favorite meals to make. It's the tye of meal that you can make or eat any time of the day. What I love about making this dish is that fact that is easy and can be made to fit your taste. I have serveral versions of Shrimp and Grits but my favorite is the spicy verison which is shown above.
- Quakers 5 minute Quick Grits
- 1 Pound of devained Shrimp
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Seasoning salt or Mrs.Dash Seasoning
Grits Recipe
- 1 cup of Quick Grits
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of chedder cheese
- Salt, to tatste
- Black pepper, to taste
