For the past couple of months I've taken a strong interest in getting in shape and making better food choices. One of the things I do daily is my strick workout regimen that consist of calisthenics. While i'm gaining weight, I want to ensure that I'm building muscle. I try to work out twice a day but i mix up my routine by playing basketball every other day. Check out Pictures below!
Another thing that I have incorporated into my regimen is drinking wheatgrass shouts 3-4 times a week. There are a lot of benefits to drinking wheatgrass shots but most importantly I see the difference it has made in my body. Wheatgrass provides energy, stamina, and other added benefits.
