Day 1 Crew : BBQ with Friends

It's been a while since I've chilled with my friends so we decided to get together and have a small BBQ. We had a few drinks, ate some burgers and hot dogs while we told stories and  reminisced about old times. Check out our pictures below! It was a good day!

Organic Coffee and Wheatgrass Shots

I tried organic coffee for the first time today along with my wheatgrass shot. The coffee was good and had a rich taste. I don't normally drink coffee but If I did... Organic coffee would be my drink of choice. I'm not an expert but I'm sure that there are many health benefits for drinking organic coffee. 

I  drink wheatgrass shots three times a week because the shots promote energy and stamina. I have everyone in my family drinking wheatgrass shots. Why not! If I'm living and eating better...I want to make sure I promote healthy living too.

Another late night dinner that was very successful! I decided to try something new so instead of making a chicken salad... I made a steak salad with pan seared dumplings. The meal was light and very easy to make because it only required a few ingredients.

The Fountain of Youth Juice Bar in Queens Village, NY is making major headway in getting the community on board with being healthly. This is truly one of my favorite places to go for a quick snack or my wheat grass shots. The employees are down to earth and the place is very inviting. As the weather warms up ..more and more people are going to get their made to order or taste smoothies!
